• It typically takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location within the United States, but it is estimated your package will arrive 3-4 days later. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@grievancegear.com and we’ll follow up.

  • Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

    • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@grievanegear.com with your order number.

    It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure the proper mailing address for your item. We do not refund or replace orders issued to an incorrect shipping address.

  • Each product is made specifically for you when your order is placed. This helps us to limit the inventory we carry and reduce overproduction. Because of this, we ask that you carefully confirm your sizing choice by using the sizing charts provided on our website as we do not provide returns, exchanges, refunds, credits, or transfers for incorrect sizing selection or general buyer’s remorse.

  • We really hope this isn’t an issue, but printing errors can happen from time to time. The quality of our products is important to us, so if you should experience a product that has been misprinted, misaligned, or otherwise damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your product delivery by emailing info@grievancegear.com and provide your order number, a detailed description, and photos of your quality issue. We will work to correct your order so you may proudly wear our gear.
