It typically takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location within the United States, but it is estimated your package will arrive 3-4 days later. We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Ask your local post office if they have your package.

• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@grievanegear.com with your order number.

It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure the proper mailing address for your item. We do not refund or replace orders issued to an incorrect shipping address.

Each product is made specifically for you when your order is placed. This helps us to limit the inventory we carry and reduce overproduction. Because of this, we ask that you carefully confirm your sizing choice by using the sizing charts provided on our website as we do not provide returns, exchanges, refunds, credits, or transfers for incorrect sizing selection or general buyer’s remorse.

We really hope this isn’t an issue, but printing errors can happen from time to time. The quality of our products is important to us, so if you should experience a product that has been misprinted, misaligned, or otherwise damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your product delivery by emailing info@grievancegear.com and provide your order number, a detailed description, and photos of your quality issue. We will work to correct your order so you may proudly wear our gear.

Yes! We’ll work with you to create a unique design for your department, union, or group’s message. Please use this form to submit your contact information, messaging, ideas, and ideal production date. A one-time design fee of $75 applies to each offering and includes one revision. A minimum size Grievance Gear logo is required on all shirts. Original custom artwork files are retained by Grievance Gear, LLC and will not be provided for personal, department, union, or group use.
