Changes to Terms and Conditions Grievance Gear, LLC reserves the right, at its’ sole discretion, to change the Terms of this agreement. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Grievance Gear, LLC encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates as your continued use of the site means you have accepted such changes.

Privacy: Grievance Gear, LLC respects and understands your privacy. Your personal information will not be provided or sold to any additional party, except where your authorization has been obtained or is required by Illinois State and Federal law.

Third Party Accounts: You will be able to connect to third party providers while using the Site. By connecting your account to these third parties, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this matter, do not use any third party features.

Grievance Gear, LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Grievance Gear, LLC of the site or any association with its operators.

Certain services made available via Grievance Gear, LLC are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the Site, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Grievance Gear, LLC may share such information and data with any third party with whom Grievance Gear, LLC has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of Grievance Gear, LLC users and customers.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to access and use the Site and any delivered work from services or products strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Grievance Gear, LLC that you will not use the Site or delivered work for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the site or delivered work in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You many not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site or delivered work.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, or delivered via services or products, is the property of Grievance Gear, LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changed thereto.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content found on the Site or in delivered work. Site content and delivered work is not for resale. Your use of the Site or delivered work does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Grievance Gear, LLC and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Grievance Gear, LLC or its’ licensors except as expressly authorized by these terms.

Representation of Products: We use our best efforts to provide you with accurate images and descriptions of our products. However, we can't guarantee the product details on our website are exact representations of textures, materials, colors, details, or size approximations, or that the manufacturing stage won't result in slight variations from item to item. 

Shipping: It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure the proper mailing address for your item. We do not refund or replace orders issued to an incorrect shipping address. It typically takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location within the United States, but it is estimated your package will arrive 3-4 days later. We do not ship internationally at this time. Returns and Refunds: Each product is made specifically for you when your order is placed. This helps us to limit the inventory we carry and reduce overproduction. Because of this, we ask that you carefully confirm your sizing choice by using the sizing charts provided on our Site as we do not provide returns, exchanges, refunds, credits, or transfers for incorrect sizing selection or general buyer’s remorse. The quality of our products is important to us, so if you should experience a product that has been misprinted, misaligned, or otherwise damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your product delivery by emailing info@grievancegear.com and provide your order number, a detailed description, and photos of your quality issue. We will work to correct your order so you may proudly wear our gear.

Submissions: No compensation will be paid for any text, photos, testimonials, or other material provided to Grievance Gear, LLC (“Submission”) through verbal, express written or electronic means by a User. Grievance Gear, LLC is under no obligation to post or use any submission you may provide and may remove any submission at any time. By sending, posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or otherwise submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission. You agree to grant Grievance Gear, LLC a world-wide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, edit, and exploit the whole Submission, or part of, in any form or medium or for any purpose.

International Users: The Site and its services are controlled, operated, and administered by Grievance Gear, LLC from its office within the USA. If you access the Site or its services from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the content from the Site in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Indemnification/Liability: You agree to indemnify, defend,  and hold harmless Grievance Gear, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any injuries, conditions, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, the Content, products, or services, any submissions made by you or others, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your own violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Termination: Grievance Gear, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Illinois in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

Severability: Any portion of these Terms which is deemed to be unenforceable or illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction is to be severed from these Terms and the remainder of the Terms shall be enforceable.

Notices: Any notice which a User is required to send to Grievance Gear, LLC shall be sent via email to info@grievancegear.com. Such notice shall not be deemed to have been sent until the date it is actually received by Grievance Gear, LLC. Unless otherwise indicated, any notice which Grievance Gear, LLC is required to send to a User may be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the User or by U.S. Mail to the street address indicated by the User. Notice shall be deemed to have been made when the e-mail is transmitted or the Notice is placed into the U.S. Mail carrier for delivery.
